Hickory has a scent in the sawdust that to me, smells like a wine‑soaked cork. The shape might have an official name, but I call it an \u003ci\u003eundercut\u003c\/i\u003e profile: the top is thick and substantial, but the heavy bevel underneath makes it present a thin, elegant edge.
