Rooted in nature, each 16” taper is hand-rolled from pure Canadian beeswax with a natural honeycomb texture and a cotton wick. Each taper burns for 10 hours.

Beeswax is the cleanest, longest, and brightest-burning wax, releasing a delicate aroma of sweet honey. Its scent naturally varies depending on the wildflowers the bees pollinated.

Care Instructions

Trim the wick, burn with care, and never leave a lit candle unattended.

Pure beeswax may develop a soft, white, shimmering surface finish over time. This is called bloom, and it is a reliable marker of the quality and integrity of the wax. Bloom arises through a natural process in which the softer oils rise to the surface. Bloom has no effect on how a candle burns and it can be easily removed by gently buffing the candle with a soft cloth. Or leave it be and enjoy the bloom. Bloom is beautiful.

Magan Lumgair

Megan is a multidisciplinary artist and event producer based in Prince Edward County, whose practice spans installation, writing, design, and material-based work.

She began her career in event production and has over a decade of experience directing cultural events and creative projects. Megan has led high-level operations for concerts featuring Juno Award-winning musicians such as Arkells, Charlotte Cardin, and Sam Roberts, and has collaborated with internationally acclaimed brands including the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, Nike, and the Toronto International Film Festival.

This foundation informs her artistic work as the Artistic Director of Flowering Wild, Event Designer for Beautiful View Music Festival, and Creative Director for studio free folk. Her work has been featured on HGTV’s The County and in FOLKLIFE Magazine, and she is an active member of County Arts.

    We do not offer shipping on large items. For Canada wide shipping of smaller items, please reach out for a quote.
